Lake Anza, Berkeley

I took my mom to Lake Anza. Ever since my last visit I have wanted to return to work in oil, so that's what I did. My mom sat down to read while I tried to capture this spot with a palette knife. I revised a bit in the studio. I still want to return and do another one.

    Beautiful. Everything points especially to the beautiful muddy color of the still water.
